3.1. The uploader must carefully review the content of the scripts and ensure they comply with the rules specified by the platform. Uploading explicit, violent, hateful, terrorist, or illegal content is strictly prohibited.
3.2. The script uploader must ensure that the content complies with legal regulations and local laws and respects cultural sensitivities.
3.3. Scripts should not contain discriminatory content based on race, gender, sexual orientation, or religion. The platform reserves the right to remove content that violates societal norms.
3.4. If the writer discovers that any script on the platform contains illegal or inappropriate content, they must promptly report it to the site management and assist in taking necessary measures.
3.5. It is the writers responsibility to ensure that uploaded scripts are protected from harmful software. Scripts containing viruses, trojans, or malicious software that could harm the platform are the responsibility of the writer.
4.1. Images used in the covers of scripts uploaded to our site must be royalty-free.
4.2. Users must ensure that the cover images of the scripts they upload do not infringe on copyrights. Unauthorized use of copyrighted images can lead to legal action.
5.1. The copyright of every script uploaded to our site belongs to the script owner. A Time Stamp provides important information about the copyright and creation date of the content.
5.2. The Time Stamp allows tracking when content was uploaded and facilitates notifying updates to the scripts.
5.3. In case of unauthorized use or illegal use of scripts uploaded to our site, the copyright owner or the platform initiates legal proceedings.
5.4. The writer can purchase copyright from the reader if an agreement is reached. Only the parties involved are responsible for this agreement.

14.2. Promotional and advertising use may be in the form of posters, loglines, areas, FP, SP, Script Details, or Author Descriptions. This use does not imply that the entire script is being sold commercially or used in any other way.
14.3. The author agrees not to demand any additional fees or royalties from the platform for uses within the scope of this article.
14.4. The author acknowledges that the promotional and advertising use does not violate the original intellectual property rights of the script and that this use is necessary for the platform`s promotion.
14.5. By uploading their script to the platform, the author declares that they accept these terms and fully authorize the platform to use their scripts for promotional purposes.
