Feriköy'de bir apartman dairesinde yaşanan gizemli ölümler, emeklilik sonrası özel dedektif olan Komiser Nedret'in en büyük takıntısı haline gelir. Hazine söylentileriyle karışan mahallede, Rus arkeologlar, mafya ve Vatikan'dan gelen din adamları kendilerini karmaşık bir ağın içerisinde bulurlar. Hikâye, bir dizi olay ve karşılaşmanın sonrasında, cinayetin ardında bıraktığı sır perdesini aralayan ve hazineyle ilgili gerçeği ortaya çıkaran çarpıcı bir sonla sona erer.
